Whether you join one of our events or do your own thing, every penny you raise helps protect local wildlife and local wild places for everybody to enjoy. Whatever your talents, you can use your skills and do something you enjoy to help raise vital funds and bring wildlife back.
From setting up a sponsored run to organising a special event like a bake sale or bring and buy sale, or getting sponsored to run a marathon or do a skydive, you can make a real difference for wildlife.

Fundraising ideas
- Host an open gardens – If you have a wildlife-friendly garden, why not open it up and inspire others? You could even join up with one or two others in your village, town, or area.
- Make your hobby work for wildlife – whether it’s running, walking, cycling, knitting… setting yourself a challenge is a great way to raise money doing something you love.
- Host a bake sale, coffee morning or quiz night.
- Give something up for a month, like going plastic-free.
- Host a raffle or tombola.
The possibilities are endless!

- When you plan to do it - will it take place on one day or over a whole week? Make sure to pick a date well in advance so you can let everyone know about it!
- Where it will take place
- Who you will invite to watch, take part, or sponsor you
- If your activity is outdoors, you’ll need to check the weather and decide whether it’ll affect your plans.
