Woodland Wellbeing at Marbury Park
Take some time for yourself and discover nature on your doorstep
Thanks to the Assura Community Fund we can offer this FREE series of nature connection events taking place in the beautiful setting of Marbury Park.
Perfect for a midday getaway and breath of fresh air, all sessions will run from 12:00pm and 3pm
Showcasing ways to connect with nature, each week will bring people together to explore the benefits of spending time with nature alongside taking part in great outdoor activities including natural crafts, photography and forest bathing.
Sessions will be relaxed and informal with a member of our Wellbeing with Nature Team there to inspire and guide you.
With something for everyone you can join us for as many sessions as you like! (More events will be open to booking shortly)
